Merchant Direct FAQ’s
How do I reset my password?
- On the Sign In screen, click Forgot User ID or Password
- Fill in the details and click Submit. (Note: You will need to create a temporary password.)
- You will receive a password reset email with instructions to create a new password. The link is valid for 24 hours.
- Once you receive the password reset email, click the link, fill in the details and click Submit.
- Review and accept the Terms of Service, fill in the details and click Submit.
How do I change my password?
- Sign into your Merchant Direct account
- Click Update Profile
- Click Change Password at the top right of the page
- Fill in details and click Submit
