Moneris QuickBooks Connector automatically transfers payment data from Moneris into a business’s QuickBooks account, helping reduce manual bookkeeping

Using a direct, automated data connection between the two platforms, Moneris QuickBooks Connector enables businesses to synchronize their Moneris payment transaction data into their QuickBooks account daily, reducing the need for manual accounting data entry.

What does this integration mean for businesses?
When a Moneris business activates Moneris QuickBooks Connector, the following actions occur automatically:

  • Payment transaction data (sales and refunds) is transferred from Moneris into the business’s QuickBooks account each day. 
  • Moneris settlement amounts are matched with corresponding QuickBooks entries, accelerating the bank reconciliation process (the business’s bank account must be connected to QuickBooks for this to occur automatically, otherwise bank account transactions must be uploaded manually). 
  • In-store and online payment channels processed through Moneris are included in the data sync. 
  • Businesses retain full visibility into synced data within QuickBooks.

Connector is available to eligible single-location Moneris businesses operating in Canada, effective May 11, 2026, and is compatible with existing QuickBooks accounts. Moneris businesses can access this solution free of charge for 60 days, after which a $9.99/month or $99/year fee will apply. More updates to the solution will follow throughout the year.
