General Eligibility Criteria and Terms
The promotional offer described below (“Offer”) is valid from March 16, 2026, to March 16, 2027 (the “Offer Period”) and is available only to merchants with a single location in Canada who meet each of the following criteria (the “Eligibility Criteria”):
The merchant becomes or is an existing Moneris Solutions Corporation (“Moneris”) merchant bound by the terms and conditions under the Merchant Agreement during the Offer Period;
The merchant enters into an agreement with Moneris that includes an order for Moneris QuickBooks Connector.
The merchant must have at least one eligible Moneris product (“Eligible Product”) as part of the Merchant Agreement. Eligible Products include in-person OR online OR on-the-go commerce solutions, such as, Terminals, Moneris Total Commerce, and Moneris Online solutions.
Offer Details and Limitations
Merchants that fulfill the Eligibility Criteria will receive the following, as determined by Moneris acting in its sole discretion:
Moneris will apply a two-month fee waiver (“Trial Period”) to access Moneris QuickBooks Connector. After the Trial Period ends, merchants will automatically be enrolled in one of the following plans with the fees outlined below. The fee waiver must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted, transferred, or exchanged for cash or other value.
Note: All applicable fees and charges in the Merchant Agreement apply throughout the Offer Period and thereafter. QuickBooks may charge additional fees for using the QuickBooks software. This Offer solely relates to Moneris QuickBooks Connector fees.

Service Limitations: We reserve the right to stop offering this service at any time, without prior notice. The service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Changes and Restrictions: We reserve the right to change or end this Offer anytime. This Offer can't be combined with other Moneris offers or applied to past purchases. The Offer is limited to one activation per merchant.
Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Your Moneris QuickBooks Connector will automatically renew at the end of the Trial Period, and your account will be charged with the plan pricing selected during onboarding.
To cancel your Moneris QuickBooks Connector, follow the Disconnect through the Moneris Portal instructions in the How to Guide. You must cancel your Moneris QuickBooks Connector account at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the Renewal Date indicated on your account to avoid further charges.
Limitation of Liability
Moneris, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, promotion agencies, agents, successors, assigns and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the Offer, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. By participating in the Offer, the merchant waives any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond one (1) year after the first occurrence of the incident upon which the claim or action is based. The merchant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Offer, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
By participating in the Offer, the merchant agrees to release and hold harmless Moneris and each of its parents, subsidiary, affiliate and related companies, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising or resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Offer or from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any item given in connection with the Offer.
