Offer Period
This Offer is valid from April 01,2024 to June 30,2024.
Who Can Participate?
To qualify, you must:
1. Be an existing Moneris merchant in Canada.
2. Have or sign up for a Moneris Merchant Agreement to process credit/debit card payments.
3. Receive an Offer email from a Moneris Sales Representative containing Offer details.
Exceptions
You can't participate if:
1. You're part of franchisee, trade association, or member associations or other buying groups
2. You've processed more than $2,500,000 CAD in Visa and Mastercard transactions in the last three months.
3. You have participated in a Moneris Gift Card program in the past.
Offer Details
To qualify for the Gift Card Starter Pack Offer (“the Offer”), qualifying merchants must order a minimum of 50 gift cards. As part of the Offer, qualifying merchants will receive: custom design and waived artwork, set up, and monthly fees. The $50 e- gift card is limited to one (1) per merchant.
The Offer does not include card sleeves, card stands, or other assets.

E-Gift Card
A $50 eGift-card will be provided to qualifying merchants who successfully sign up and place an order for the Gift Card Starter Pack Program, while supplies last.
Please protect your eGift-Card as you would cash. Lost, stolen or eGift-Cards used without your authorization cannot be replaced or replenished. eGift-Card is not redeemable for cash except where legislation requires otherwise. Use of this eGift-Card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions. eGift-Cards will be emailed to the merchant at the email address provided at the sign up of the Gift Card Starter Pack Promotion within twelve (12) weeks after the merchant starts processing with Moneris provided that at such time the merchant continues to be an active Moneris merchant processing transactions under valid Agreement(s) that have not been terminated for any reason. Moneris is not responsible for eGift Cards that are not delivered or not received due to inaccurate email information. The risk of loss and title for eGift Cards passes to the merchant upon our electronic transmission to the merchant. The eGift Cards cannot be delivered to any person other than the merchant.
Changes and Restrictions
We reserve the right to change or end these offers anytime. These offers can't be combined with other Moneris offers or applied to past purchases.
Additional Terms
Except as otherwise provided herein, Moneris, its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, promotion agencies, agents, successors, assigns and service providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the Offer, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. By participating in the Offer, the merchant waives any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond one (1) year after the first occurrence of the incident upon which the claim or action is based. The merchant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Offer, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
By participating in the Offer, the merchant agrees to release and hold harmless Moneris and each of its parents, subsidiary, affiliate and related companies, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising or resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Offer or from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any item given in connection with the Offer.
