Introduction to the Moneris Portal

The Moneris Portal is intended to be a single location from which to access all your Moneris digital products, including Merchant Direct and Go portal.  As we continue to build the solution, more digital products will be added to the Moneris Portal.

Log into Moneris Portal

Supported browsers:  When accessing the Moneris Portal, use the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, or Mozilla Firefox. 

1. Open your Internet browser and go to https://login.moneris.com/en/login.
2. Enter your email address and password, then click Log in. If you don't have an account you can create one from the log in page. 
3. Follow the instructions on screen. For step by step help, refer to Logging in to Moneris Portal. 

Creating your Moneris Portal account

• If you are currently accessing Merchant Direct or the Go portal directly, you will be prompted to migrate to the Moneris Portal. Follow the directions on screen as well as any guides you receive.  Once you create your Moneris Portal account, use the Moneris Portal to access Merchant Direct and/or Go portal. 
• If you are a new merchant, we will ask you to create an account on the Moneris Portal as part of your set-up journey.
