Change your security questions or answers

1. On the User Settings page, click the Security tab.
2. Under Security questions, click Change security questions. 

1. Three security questions appear.  For each security question: 

• click the dropdown menu to choose a question; 
• enter the answer. Note that the answer is not case sensitive. It can contain letters, numbers, and special characters including spaces. 
• each answer must contain a minimum of three characters.

Note: You must complete all questions within ten minutes or repeat the process. The three questions and answers you choose this time will replace your previous three questions and answers. For security reasons, the portal does not indicate which questions you have selected in the past.

1. When finished, click Submit. 

1. The "Success" message appears confirming that your security questions were accepted and saved.  
2. Click Go Back to return to User Settings.
