Charging the Battery

To recharge the battery in the terminal, dock the terminal on a powered base or use the direct-to-terminal charge cable to connect the handheld directly to a power source.

Note: To confirm that a base is powered, dock the terminal on the base, and wait for he Power icon to display in the upper corner on the display screen (this may take several seconds).

IMPORTANT:  When the battery is being charged for the first time, the handheld must be docked on a powered base or be connected directly to a power source via the direct-to-terminal charge cable for a for a minimum duration of 3 hours.

• The battery will re-charge only if it is not fully charged.

• The battery will re-charge only when the terminal is not in use.
