The UnionPay Menu

This menu allows you to perform assisted UnionPay financial transactions. To determine when to perform an assisted UnionPay transaction, refer to Processing UnionPay cards.

TRANSACTION

Allows you to:

PURCHASE with Tip Entry Enabled

PURCHASE with Tip Entry Disabled

Process an assisted UnionPay purchase

REFUND

Process an assisted UnionPay refund

PRE-AUTH

Process an assisted UnionPay pre-auth

P-A ADVICE

Process an assisted UnionPay pre-auth advice

VOID-PURCHASE

Process an assisted UnionPay purchase void
 

VOID-REFUND

Process an assisted UnionPay refund void
 

To navigate through the menus:

- Scroll down: press the key_f1-r.jpg key to move the highlight bar down.
- Scroll up: press the key_f3-r.jpg key to move the highlight bar up.
- Select a highlighted item: press the key_okay-r.jpg  key.

To access the UNIONPAY menu from the READY screen:

1.  Press the key_admin-r.jpg  key.
The MAIN MENU appears.

2.  Scroll down to UNIONPAY TRANS and press the key_okay-r.jpg  key
The UNIONPAY menu appears.
