The ERNEX Menu

The ERNEX Menu (see ERNEX below) gives you access to gift and loyalty transactions and sub-menus that allow you to print gift/loyalty reports and set up your terminal to perform gift/loyalty transactions.

 

The transactions and sub-menus are listed in the order they appear on the menu.  

ERNEX

Click on the transaction or menu name to go to the appropriate instruction page.

PURCHASE

Starts a gift Purchase or loyalty Purchase
 

REFUND

Starts a gift Refund or loyalty Refund
 

REDEMPTION

Starts a loyalty card Redemption
 

ACTIVATE/LOAD

Starts a gift card Activation/Load or loyalty card Activation
 

DEACTIVATE

Starts a gift card Deactivation or loyalty Card Deactivation
 

CARD INQUIRY

Starts a gift/loyalty card Balance Inquiry
 

VOID

Starts a gift/loyalty Void
 

REPRINT

Starts the gift/loyalty Reprint function
 

REPORT FUNCS

Opens the gift/loyalty REPORT FUNCTIONS menu
 

SETUP

Opens the gift/loyalty SETUP menu
 

To navigate through the menus:

- Scroll down: press the key_f1-r.jpg key to move the highlight bar down.
- Scroll up: press the key_f3-r.jpg key to move the highlight bar up.
- Select a highlighted item: press the key_okay-r.jpg  key.

To access the ERNEX menu, from the READY screen:

  1. Press the key_admin-r.jpg  key.
    The MAIN MENU appears.

  2. Scroll down to ERNEX and press the key_okay-r.jpg  key.
    The ERNEX menu appears.
