Loyalty Pre Auth Transactions Report

This report prints a list of outstanding (not completed) Moneris Loyalty Pre-Authorizations within the current batch.

It includes the following information:

●        Loyalty Program name

●        Loyalty card number

●        the pre-authorized dollar amount

●        transaction date/time stamp

●        "Ernex Ref Number" (to be used for Loyalty Pre-Authorization Completions and Deletions).

To print the Pre Auth Transactions report:

1.      From the GIFT & LOYALTY transactions menu, select Pre Auth.
The Pre Auth menu appears.

2.      Select PreAuth Report.
The "Password:" prompt appears.

3.      Enter the manager password and press the green key.
If the "Clerk ID" prompt appears, key in the clerk ID and press the green key.
The report prints and returns to the Pre Auth menu.

Note: This report does not print Loyalty Pre-Authorizations that have been completed.
