Signing In and Signing Out

1.   Tap the Email and enter your email address. 

2. Tap Remember me.  The application will remember your email so that you don’t have to enter it the next time you sign in. 

Note:  The application can remember up to 3 emails. If you were not the last person to use the iPhone, tap the Email field, and select your email from the dropdown list.     

To delete a name from the list, tap the X beside the name.  

3. Tap the Password field and enter your user password. 
3. Tap Sign in.

The application signs you in and displays the default Purchase screen.

1. During your initial Sign in, a screen appears informing you that Face ID is available.
2. Tap Activate Face ID. A popup message appears.
3. Tap Enable to confirm to use Face ID setting. 

4. Note:     The Moneris Go app will Sign In using Face ID.

   You may disable/enable Face ID through General application settings.

1. Tap the Email field and enter your username.
2. Tap Forgot password?

As shown on screen, the application sends a message to your email address with a link to allow you to reset your password.

3. Access your email and click on the link and follow instructions to reset the password.
4. Return to the iPhone and tap OK to continue.
5. Sign in using your new password.

1. Tap the Main menu  icon.
2. Tap Sign out at the bottom of the menu.

Note:      To allow the application to sign you out automatically, refer to General application settings.
