Moneris Go app Support

You can look for support from your Moneris Go app on your iPhone. Follow these instructions to navigate the support menu:
 

  1. Tap the Main menu  icon, then tap Support.

The Support screen displays.

  1. From the Support screen, you have five options to choose from:

 

About

Tapping on About from the Support Menu displays information on the Moneris Go app. 

  1. Tap < to return to the Support menu.

 

 

User Guide

Tapping on User Guide from the Support Menu takes you to the Moneris.com support page.

Note:     You will be redirected to outside the Moneris Go app. 

  1. The guide can be reviewed from the screen.
  2. Return to the Moneris Go app.

 

Contact Us

Tapping on Contact Us from the Support Menu takes you to the Moneris.com Contact page. Make sure you have your Merchant ID available upon request.

Note:     You will be redirected to outside the Moneris Go app. 
     

  1. Choose how to contact us:
  1. Enter applicable information in the fields.
  2. Return to the Moneris Go app.

Tapping on Legal from the Support Menu takes you to the Moneris.com Terms and Conditions page.

  1. Scroll, open and review applicable content for your business.
  2. Return to the Moneris Go app.
