Partial Approval Receipts

The examples below identify information that may appear on a receipt from a Partial Approval transaction.

Partial Approval Purchase Transaction

These receipts are generated when a cardholder uses a pre-paid credit card in a Partial Approval Purchase transaction. One copy will be printed for each pre-paid card used i.e. if a customer uses 2 pre-paid credit cards and a debit card, there will be two Partial Approval Purchase receipts printed, plus a debit receipt.

Partial Approval Cancellation

These receipts are generated when the cardholder presses Can/Ann during a Partial Approval Purchase transaction.

Partial Approval Refund

These receipts print as a result of a Partial Approval Refund transaction.

Note: Partial Approval Refund receipts are exactly the same as regular swiped credit card Refund receipts.

Partial Approval Refund transactions can involve more than one pre-paid credit card plus other tender types. You will receive one copy of each Partial Approval Refund receipt for each pre-paid credit card refunded, plus a normal refund receipt for any credit or debit cards used in the transaction.

Partial Approval Purchase Void

These receipts are printed as a result of a Partial Approval Purchase Void transaction.

Note: Partial Approval Purchase Void receipts are exactly the same as regular swiped credit card Purchase Void receipts.

Partial Approval Purchase Void transactions can involve more than one pre-paid credit card plus other tender types. You will receive one copy of each Partial Approval Purchase Void receipt for each pre-paid credit card refunded, plus a normal void receipt for any credit or debit cards used in the transaction.

Partial Approval Refund Void

These receipts are generated as a result of a Partial Approval Refund Void transaction.

Note: Partial Approval Refund Void receipts are exactly the same as regular swiped credit card Refund Void receipts.

Partial Approval Refund Void transactions can involve more than one pre-paid credit card plus other tender types. You will receive one copy of each Partial Approval Refund Void receipt for each pre-paid credit card refund that is reversed, plus a normal refund void receipt for any credit or debit cards used in the transaction.

Balance Inquiry

This receipt prints as a result of a balance inquiry on a pre-paid credit card.

Note: Only one receipt copy (Customer Copy) is printed, regardless of the number of copies that have been configured to print.
