Enabling the Clerk ID Prompt

From the READY screen:

To navigate through the menus:

- Scroll down: press the key to move the highlight bar down.
- Scroll up: press the key to move the highlight bar up.
- Select a highlighted item: press the  key.

For information about the keys...

1.  Press the  key.
The MAIN MENU appears.

2.  Scroll down to CONFIGURATION, and press the  key.
The CONFIG FUNCS menu appears.

3.  Scroll down to CLERK TOTALS, and press the  key.
The MERCHANT ID entry screen appears.

If the SWIPE ADMIN CARD prompt appears, swipe your POS Admin card.

4.  Key in your Merchant ID, and press the  key.
The CLERK SUBTTL CFG menu appears.

5.  Scroll down to PROMPT CLERK, and press the  key.
The PROMPT FOR CLERK ID? prompt appears.

6.  Press the key (Yes) to enable the Clerk ID prompt for all transactions.

Note:  If you are using a Default Clerk ID, you must press the key (NO) to disable this prompt.

    The CLERK SUBTTL CFG menu reappears.

7.  Press the key repeatedly until the READY screen reappears.
