Loyalty Transactions

The following table lists the loyalty transactions that are supported in Semi-Integrated mode and those transactions that must always be started directly from the terminal even when in Semi-Integrated mode.

Loyalty Transaction Reports

All reports must be printed from the terminal regardless of where receipts are printed (refer to the "The Gift/Loyalty REPORT FUNCTIONS Menu" section).
 

End-of-Day Processes for Loyalty Transactions

The close batch transaction must be started on the ECR regardless of where receipts are printed (refer to "End-of-Day Process in Semi-Integrated Mode").
 

General Guidelines During a Loyalty Transaction

1. Before beginning a transaction, ensure that the WELCOME/BONJOUR screen is displayed on the iCT250 terminal.

2. Determine the transaction to be processed (e.g. Purchase or Refund).

3. Start the transaction from your ECR, and then send the transaction request.

4. Continue the transaction on the terminal if prompted.

5. Process any transaction receipts that are printed.
