Using the touch screen

The Moneris terminal features a colour touch-sensitive screen (referred to in this document as the "touchscreen"). The terminal reacts when you touch various areas of the screen, for example, the virtual keypad.

Touchscreen tips

• Use your fingertip or a stylus with a soft plastic tip.
• Do not use sharp or pointed objects (e.g. pens, pencils, golf tees, etc.) to press icons on the touchscreen.
• Keep the touchscreen clean and free of fingerprints by using a dry microfibre cloth to wipe the touchscreen.
• Do not use liquid cleaning agents, such as glass cleaner, on the touchscreen.
