Logging into the Moneris Go portal

The steps below describe how to start a session on the Moneris Go portal and access your store.

Visit www.monerisgo.com to start on the Moneris Go portal "Log in" page (shown below).

In the Email field, enter the email address that was registered when you activated your Moneris Go portal user account, and click on the Next button.

When the Password field displays (shown below), enter your Moneris Go portal login password.

Note:     If you need to edit your login email first, click on Edit (go back to step 2 above). If you cannot remember your login password, see Forgot your login password?.

 

Click on the Log in button to submit your credentials.

When you have successfully logged into the Moneris Go portal, you will see either the "Dashboard" page or the "Stores" page:

If the "Dashboard" page displays: 

a.    You have successfully accessed the store linked to your user account (see The dashboard). 
 

If the "Stores" page displays, and one or more store tiles are shown (see example below):

a.    Click on the store tile labelled with the name of the store that you want to access.

Note:     To search for a specific store, enter the full/partial store name in the Search by store name field.

To change the number of hits listed on a page, click on the "Show # items per page" drop-down, and select a number (10, 25, or 50).   To go back to the previous page or the first page, click on the Previous page < icon or the First page << icon respectively.

b.    When the "Dashboard" page displays (see The dashboard), it means you have successfully accessed the store.


If the "Stores" page displays, and no store tiles are shown (see example below):

a.     The merchant account holder/primary user must add/link a store to their user account (see Adding the first store to the primary user account).
