The VX 820 Duet features a 3.5" colour touch-sensitive screen (henceforth called a "touchscreen"). The terminal and/or external PINpad react when users touch various areas on the screen (buttons represented by icons) in much the same way it would react to a physical button press.
● Keep the touchscreen clean and free of fingerprints by using a dry microfiber cloth to wipe down the screen.
● Do not use liquid cleaning agents, such as glass cleaner on the screen.
● Do not use sharp or pointed objects (like pens, pencils, golf tees etc.) to press button icons on the touchscreen - use your finger or an approved stylus with a soft plastic tip.
