Assisted UnionPay Transactions

If you begin a transaction with a UnionPay card, and you receive one of the following errors, you will need to perform an assisted UnionPay transaction:

DECLINED INVALID PIN

DECLINED SYSTEM PROBLEM

REFERRED CALL AMEX

DECLINED ACCT ERROR – RETRY

DECLINED DECLINED
