The Merchant Web Portal is a secure, web-based application that allows you, the merchant, to view your Gift or Loyalty program performance, manage cardholder accounts, update cardholder profile information, bulk activate Gift cards, adjust balance, deactivate cards, and generate reports.

Cardholder Web Portal

The Cardholder Web Portal allows your cardholders to view their current card balance, card transaction history and update their contact information.

To register and log in, your cardholders will need the Gift or Loyalty card number and the password covered by the scratch-off panel on the back of the card.

*The Web Portals are only available for merchants who subscribe to one or more of the Moneris Enhanced Gift, Pro Gift, Basic Loyalty, Enhanced Loyalty or Pro Loyalty services.
